• Credits: Use of the Service requires credits, which are deducted per usage. Credits can be purchased with USD if your balance is insufficient.
• Content Restrictions: You agree not to upload, share or otherwise distribute any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.

5. Intellectual Property

• User Content: You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the content you upload to the Service.
• Service Content: Except for User Content, all content on the Website and available through the Service, including designs, text, graphics, pictures, video, information, applications, software, and other files, are the proprietary property of LipSync.
